The services provided by GTE were very good in terms of the ease of booking the accommodation, however, the recommendation of hotel Putnik somewhat disappointed me. The room was nice and spacious, but the hotel has seen better days, the sheets on the bed seemed clean, but only ironed to a point where I was wondering whether they haven't been slept in before. On the first day of my stay I was surprised to see that my room hadn't been done and I had to ask for a change of towels. The following day the room had been done, but only the large towels had been changed and I had to ask again for the hand towels. I also had to ask for the hairdryer to be changed, as the one in my room did not work. On the upside, the breakfast was copious and very good and I enjoyed a nice view from my hotel window on the 5th floor, but that's not too much for a three-star hotel. I'm aware that I asked for a hotel in a specific price range, but I have been able to get a better value for the price in other hotels.
